I have 4 browsers open at once. I click on a link on one, and while loading, I read the other. In IE6, the newly loaded page would just flash orange at the bottom of the screen, but not interrupt the page I was reading. Now with IE7 (I have tabs turned OFF), instead of flashing orange, it INTERRUPTS what I'm doing and brings itself to the top of all windows. How do I change this to not place itself in front of all other windows when refreshing.

This is the same question as someone else's that I just read. Odd. Anyways, it's EASY! Click tools, internet options, advanced, and under browsing, uncheck "enable page transitions."

i do no longer understand in case you could, yet your ultimate wager is going to be interior the internet concepts administration panel (which you would be able to get interior the process the kit menu on IE6). i want to advise the two attempting the tabbed surfing, or getting a distinctive browser.
