Yes. But when he becomes that he leaves the teachings of Christ.

Just because someone is a Christian doesn't mean they don't sin. Romans 3:23 states that all have sinned and fall short of the Glory of God. Some of us sin more than others and some sin less. To answer the first question: Really really bad! Thank God we have Jesus to wash those sins away!

Christians many times are in a pre-salvation state, in that they actually haven't confessed Jesus Christ their Lord yet. They aren't yet born of God.
It is written that those born of God cannot abide in sin (make it a confortable habit) because of the Holy Seed within.
When a born of God Christian tries to abide in sin, it is very difficult because of the Holy Seed within. If immature, baby Christian is stubborn in it, person may die and go to heaven early. With not much reward.
Most of the time, born again Christians confess their sin and He is faithful and just to forgive us our sin and cleanse us from it.
I know of Christians (born again) who have committed adultery, but they certainly reap what they sow. I know of one christian who got into pornography & had a heart attack in the porno store. I know of one Christian who went to the Mormon church and died of a heart attack. I believe these Christians were born again, but not filled with the Holy Spirit yet.
I believe it is impossible for a murderer, child molester to really be a born of God Christian. Because how could anyone born of God murder or child molest?
Now some murders or child molesters have repented before God Almighty, and received Gods redeeming blood to cover their sins and wash them away. The old man is dead and the new man in Christ is alive forevermore. Person is a new creation dressed in the righteousness of Christ. Person is never again a murderer or child molester.

By definition, a Christian is one who believes that Christ was the son of God manifested on earth to forgive the sins of man. If one can sin knowing these things, he is a Christian. He may be a BAD CHRISTIAN, and a disgrace to the religious community to which he belongs, but he is a Christian.

I think a prerequisite to being a Christian is to be a sinner. "The only sin God won't forgive is the believe in an unforgivable sin." God calls sinners to greatness all the time.
Now, if you're actively trying to stay in such a lifestyle, then the tables turn a bit. A saint is a sinner who didn't stop trying to love God.

If u even think that way u can throw christianity out the window.
A true believer will not stray from the bible, but god will forgive u if u confess your sins but the question is can u forgive ur self.

It kind of depends how you define your terms. A lot of people have different ideas about what it means to be a Christian (or a Muslim, or a patriotic American, or whatever they define themselves to be), and then they think that means that people in their group are better than everyone else, because if someone does something they don't like then all of a sudden that person isn't "really" a Christian (or Muslim, or patriot, or whatever)....

The Bible tells us that a murderer does not have God in His heart. I don't believe that a murderer can be a real Christian.
Now, we are all sinners and if a murderer repents and turns to Christ after the deed of murder is done, he can be forgiven and be saved.
I ponder the point of your question...?

Is it possible for a righteous man to sin? Of course not.
A man who sins is a sinner. A christian who sins remains a sinner until he/she confesses & repents and is forgiven by God.
But the worse thing a person can do is to be blind to his/her own God and embrace another. Or worse still, worship in another faith.

I think if you did a survey and it was an honest survey you would probably find that over 80% of crimes committed are by Christian People.
