I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

That lady is right about the sugar - lots of sugar in yogurt. Cut down your sugars - eat carbs like brown rice, whole wheat tortillas, slow cook oatmeal WITH lean proteins like chicken breasts, fish, egg whites, low fat cottage cheese etc. And don't forget that what you drink has calories too - drink water - not soda, or even fruit juice.
You've got to be really disciplined - the more work you put in, the more benefit you'll see.
I wouldn't go as low as 1200 calories per day, unless you can do it and not want to kill yourself - if I cut my calories that low I wouldn't be able to think of anything but food 24-7. I think it'd be better to eat about 1600 and get exercise every day.

If yogurt contains live cultures, the bacteria can help to loose weight. Aerobic exercise is also wonderful for losing weight. Just be careful not to over-do anything.

Yogurts suppress apetite, so it's good for diet if no carb sugar. Plain yogurt is more healthier than with additives of fruits.

You have to read the labels, because some yogurt has as much sugar as a desert.
Jello is only ten or so calories and you can get sugar free.
Pickles have about ten calories.
Vegetables are always good.
Try to drop sugar and heavy foods with butter or cheese.

sure, vegetables are good crunchy snacks along with jello, and oatmeal is a good breakfast food (no butter, maybe a little brown sugar is good). Yogurt is good (if your worried about too much sugar, get the plain kind).
Good Luck and Congratulations on thinking Healthy

Yogurt is great. Yogurt increases the good bacteria in your digestive system (acidophilus) and in turn wards off the bad stuff (LOTS of others..) After eating a bunch of the same bad food, the good guys die off and the bad guys start to take over...
So eating yogurt can help increase your overall metabolism, yes.
