Supposedly, according to Hebrews, denial of the divinity of the Holy Spirit is an unforgivable sin that can never be washed away. So, I suppose the answer is Yes, assuming you believe in all that.

No. When the Bible makes a promise it is the promise of God Himself, and God always keeps His promises. Some of the answers have misread your question. If a person accepts Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Saviour then they will be forgiven and saved. Anyone who has committed the unforgivable sin of blasphemy against the Holy Spirit would not accept Jesus as Lord and Saviour. Their conscience would be as though it was seared with a hot iron and they would not feel sorry for their sins. Nor would they believe the promises of the Bible

It depends on ones deffinition of accepting. A person dieing could call upon God, repenting for not believing in Jesus Christ and Confess Jesus Christ Lord in true heart faith in the Resurrection and person will be saved. That is a promise in the bible.

Also one of the thieves dieing on the cross admitted he was aconvicted criminal rightfully, that Jesus was innocent, and confessed Jesus Lord, and asked Jesus to remember him when He entered into His Kingdom. He believed in Jesus the King. Jesus told him, "Today you will be with me in paradise.".

So if someone has true / honest heart faith confessing Jesus Lord, persons sins are covered by redeeming blood.

Now if accepting Jesus Christ is just accepting Jesus Christ as a reality, that isn't confessing Jesus Christ Lord unto God. One has to receive Gods redeeming Grace. That is thanking God for the atonment for your sins.

Too many have sinned and think its OK to believe there is a Jesus Christ. And they might repent of sins they know of to a person. But one has to confess Jesus Christ Lord of their life. That is personal and to God and heart faith. God looks at the heart.

Yes, very possible. And I'm afraid that is what is going to happen to a lot of people.Well, most people who believe. You cant just believe and accept. You must acts. Remember that Christianity is a religion of acting. You can say you believe but that wont really mean anything. You must be active in helping and setting good examples. We will not only be judged on what we did wrong, but we will also be judge on what we didn't do. Like help the ones that are in need. Hope this helps.

If you truly accept Jesus Christ in your heart, you make a real repentance, then you are saved.

The only "unforgivable" sin in the Bible is called the blasphemy of the Holy Spirit, which is another way of saying you reject God and His nature (Father, Son, Holy Spirit).

Depends on your definition of accept Jesus. Even Satan accepts He exists. If you ask Jesus to be Lord in your life then you become His responsibility and He forgives you.If you mumble words from a script and don't actually submit to His authority then you are kidding yourself.

If we trust in Jesus we won't be disappointed.

Romans 10.9-11 "9 If you use your mouth to say, "Jesus is Lord," and if you believe in your heart that God raised Jesus from the dead, you will be saved. 10 We believe with our hearts, and so we are made right with God. And we use our mouths to say that we believe, and so we are saved. 11 As the Scripture says, "Anyone who trusts in him will never be disappointed."

Hope that helps

What do you mean by "accept"? Satan believes in Jesus, but is non-repentant. You have to repent of your sins.

Jesus is not a fact, look at it anyway you want but indeed he is not a fact, so in turn yes it is possible not to get forgiven even if you accept him.
