Dr, Phil said on yesterday's show , if you tell someone you love them and they do not say it back , They Do Not Love You !!!!

When you say "I love You" to a young guy, you should first know him for a while, preferably for several month. This is not a simple feeling which should go away tomorrow, so use it very sparingly. Also young men will feel smothered when told this, so say something different like "I really enjoy being with you". This would be a much better choice, and it will get the result you are seeking with less complications, or hurt feelings on your part.

Have no doubt about this: He's polite but not interested.
Save your emotions for someone who will appreciate you and feel highly privileged to hear you say that to him.
The right man for you would have been ecstatic, looked straight into your eyes with a pleasant smile on his lips and replied with something like "Then, I'm the luckiest man in the whole world and I'll do anything to remain worthy of your love. I love you too and I will forever appreciate you..."

That means that he like u but he is not sur that he is in love.... it takes time to understand rather u love someone or not. I have had that happen to me before and it was not that happiest thing to happen to me!! Or maybe u jus caught him at the moment to were it caught him off gard... never kno go have there reasons lol ....... good luck

It means he doesn't love you yet. (not to say he won't)
I would even guess that he may not be even close, because someone whos close might just say "I love you" rather than cause this confusion.

It means he appreciates the fact that you "love" him, but he is not a quick to use those words to describe an emotion/choice that may or may not be there.

It probobly means that he cares about you but he doesnt love u yet. Either that or he just is kinda annoying and wanted to b a jerk. But either way, he dont love u!

It usually either means that either he doesn't or that you caught him off guard and he wasn't sure what to say at the moment.
