The only real way to loose weight is to count calories and exersise 3 - 4 days a week either doing cardio workout or walking at a good pace to keep your heart rate up for at least 30 minutes. I just recently lost 30 lbs. doing this and it is a life choice and you need to change the way you eat. There is no pill that will make you lose weight. It is up to you to help yourself.

The basic formula to losing weight is to burn more calories than you take in. Basically you want to exercise more, eat fewer calories. I am not saying eat less because if you drop down to two meals a day your body feels that it may be in starvation mode it will keep as many fats/energy it can to conserve.

Take a look at your usual eating style and look for healthier choices. Also increase your eating to 3 meals and two snacks a day. This keeps your body burning calories all day. Make sure to eat breakfast, a hardy or heavy lunch and a decent dinner. In between those times eat cheese, a yogurt, fruits things like that.

About exercise you choose what works best for you and gets your heart rate up. Walking is a great way to start as well as bike riding. Try aerobics and running if you want more intense work outs. Check out a local YMCA to see if they have gyms you can go to. Also look online for things to make your exercise sessions interesting for you. 1. Moderation. You can have the things you love, but in MODERATION. Cut back a little here n there.

2. Be active. Busy in your work, daily life, dance!... its fun and keeps you creative and energized! Make your workouts fun. If you hate running?.... dont run. Find something that you enjoy! And enjoy activities with buddies!

3. Keep your stress levels down. Not only does this help emotionally, but its so true.... less stress, less weight!

I am telling you the best diet through which I've lost 13 kgs.Mix half wheat flour with choker.Choker u can easily get in the market.It should be in 50-50 proportion.Curd is must in every meal.Believe me it'll amazingly reduce ur weight.

20 Easy Tips to Help You Lose Weight

well of course do good exercise...
anyone can easily loose weight doing some simple P.T exerices teaches in schools. likes hands rolling etc.
do more caredio exersice like cycleing.. walking... jumping reduce loads of weight...
you can even try lit muscle building to maintan your loosen weight and shape your body...
i must say do not go for diets fad... of couse you have to do some changes... but dont start starving yourself that your body will start conserving energy... add more salad to your foods....
and some times you feel like to eat somethings more and more... drink water instead...
sometimes while you are working when urge to eat something... drink water...

just cut out sweets and stuff like chips, trial mix(the unhealthy stuff)
Exercise (running works best) once a day
don't eat after six
have breakfast be your biggest meal
don't over-eat
Eat protein(eat things like chicken and unsalted ,baked almonds)
have a fish oil pill every morning speeds up the metabolism & makes you less hungry
also since Exercising not only burns calories but speeds up your metabolism join a sport

i think firstly u have to check r daily routine and meals.dnt it spicy or junk foods.i will suggest ghar ka khana is the best.play active games if u can or just take a walk after every lunch & dinner.if u make a fast a day in week that will be also good.
