It is not that necessary to eat but it is very vital that you remain hydrated. If you cant tolerate food try some ensure milk or Boost.
Although I concur with everyone else you should be seeing a physician right about now.

Yes, you should definitely EAT, and one work... Pedialight!!! That is definitely NOT good that you have been sick for this long. If you have not been drinking or eating, you might also be dehydrated, and you DO NOT want that!!! You need to eat to nourish your body so you can get better, and keep yourself hydrated!! Start with soups and saltine crackers, plain white rice... things that are bland (not heavily spiced), Diet 7-UP, because the sugar will further dehydrate you and may worsen diarrhea if you already have that issue. But, seriously, at least call your doctor, it might be something worse than just a stomach flu... you need to take care of yourself!!!

Start with very small amounts of food, along with the jello. Your stomach needs to be eased back to real food. Toast, crackers, chicken noodle soup, pudding and creamed soup (if you're not lactose intolerant and if you don't have diarrhea), mashed potatoes, canned fruit. Don't eat large amounts. Graze throughout the day, eating every hour or so.
Your mom might want to get you a couple cans of Ensure, or Carnation Instant breakfast, put it in the freezer until it gets kind of icy, and eat it with a spoon or straw.
Drink watered down kool-aid, gatorade, or other drinks you like and that don't normally upset your stomach. If you still can't eat and are losing weight on Monday, go see the doc.

Have mom make you some chicken soup. It will make both you and her feel better.
Don't try to scarf down pizza or burgers or junk food. Even in the best of health, it's not a great idea.
Jell-o is good. Hot tea and Orange Juice are good too. I know I've told you lots of fluids before, but I'm saying it again because it is so easy to get dehydrated when you're sick.
Maybe try some lightly buttered toast tomorrow. Simple is best.
Get well soon!!!

Liquids are the most important thing while you are ill. It will help to flush your illness out. Of course you should try to eat something...try some soup. It goes down easier. You should also contact your family doctor and get some medicine to help you fight whatever is making you sick. Any illness that lasts more than 3 days is enough reason to cunsult a doctor. But the most important thing you can do is DRINK. Avoid carbenated or caffinated beverages, and try to drink juices and water. Milk can be bad to drink if the infection is in your throat, because it will help to harvest bacteria. Your doctor will give you the best advice.

just do what you can tolerate. Bread, saltine crackers, apple sauce, and that kind of thing are gentle on the stomach. The most important thing, however, isn't eating but drinking. Staying hydrated is critical. Try juice, smoothies, etc--something with a little bit of nutritional value as well as keeping you hydrated.

have you seen the dr. who could have already advised you on your ailment yet? It seems you've been sick for quite a while and you need to eat nutritious food to keep yourself fit to fight off the ailment. Meanwhile, if you really can't eat, try taking a Bcomplex + C supplement till your appetite improves - this will not make things worse for you, at least.

You should see a doctor ASAP if you've been sick for 9 days straight, that's not normal by any means.
