In the first place, why on earth would you and your bestfriend would be in love with the same guy? Don't you think he treats you the same as he does her? So that means whatever he has done to you he's doin it the same to her. Well if both of you agreed to share him then thats it end of story. But if your smart enough girl....there's millions of good guys out there! Don't waste your time not worth it. Otherwise, may the best girl wins! lol

find a new boyfriend. because if you and she have truly have feeling for this man, this is not good. a man will come and go
but a true frriend is priceless.. so do the right thing move on. if
he dating both of you then he not worth lose a friend over him
trust me he will play both of you if he can and wont care what
happen to the friendship.

Grow up and realize that neither of you are"IN LOVE" and it's just lust, then get over it.
