I went to the doctor today and got some prescribed anti-biotics for my sinus infection. One was a nose spray and the other is a bottle of huge pills. I have taken them twice today, and havent felt any better. When should I expect to feel better?

Watch for any side effects from antibiotics.

They don't work instantly, you know, like a cold tablet.

Try taking some vitamin C to shorten recover time and it also won't interfere with your meds. Lots of fluids, too.

Have patience with yourself and rest. See doc if you get worse, okay? I know you didn't want to go the first time either.

Being sick s*cks!

I was told when I had strep throat and was given penicillin, by the doctor, that it would take 24 hours for it to kick in. He was right because after 24 hours I could start feeling relief.
