Cola's are extrememly acidic. They can cause upset stomach and digestion problems. Not to mention the effects of sugar intake (1 can of pepsi is equivilant to 10 tsps of sugar) caffeine effects (heightened awareness/ hyper vigilance and withdrawal)

The carbonic acid burns the linings of your teeth and stomach. Not good. Also, sodas have tons of corn syrup and caramel color additives and no nutrition. It also contains caffeine, which you can become addicted to.

Let's see, the caffeine can leave you dehydrated, too much sugar if you drink regular, too many calories, it stains your teeth, the carbonation can lead to brittle bones, you are then less likely to drink milk, which is healthy.
