Personal preference for Singapore Airlines despite the slightly higher air ticket costs because of the service, amenities and "smiles"! It's a great airlines to fly with. But think you can try Finnair as well.

Probably British Airways, connecting in LHR. Singapore airlines does not fly Helsinki. A good choice would be SQ to Frankfurt, then take an European partner airline and be sure your bags can be checked all the way through.

I would take Delta Airlines anywhere. They have one of the best safety record.
They try their best to make passengers comfortable.

Finnair, with a stopover in Bangkok. You can also fly by SAS, also involving a stopover.
