Sura 6:115 The word of thy Lord doth find its fulfilment in truth and in justice: None can change His words: for He is the one who heareth and knoweth all.
Sura 29:46 "And dispute ye not with the People of the Book, but say, "We believe in the revelation which has come down to us and in that which came down to you; Our Allah and your Allah is one;
If 29:46 is true your God is my God.
If 6:115 is true his word can not be changed
For those that say 6:115 only applies to the Qu'ran read the context of chapter 6 and also understand youa re saying that the Torah and Gospel were never the word of God which contradicts the Qu'ran.

Affan nice try read chapter 6 :114 Say: "Shall I seek for judge other than God? - when He it is Who hath sent unto you the Book, explained in detail." They know full well, to whom We have given the Book, that it hath been sent down from thy Lord in truth. Never be then of those who doubt.
6:115 The word of thy Lord doth find its fulfilment in truth and in justice: None can change His words: for He is the one who heareth and knoweth all.
115 refers to the book.

Surlayman again you call Allah a liar. 6:115 says my words can not be changed and in 114 you will see he speaks of those who do not belive the book and he says it is from him and you should not doubt it 115 he says his word can not be changed i will print it here for you so that you can see I speak the truth.
Say: "Shall I seek for judge other than God? - when He it is Who hath sent unto you the Book, explained in detail." They know full well, to whom We have given the Book, that it hath been sent down from thy Lord in truth. Never be then of those who doubt.

SFNDX: I have no need to seek the truth from any website or from any man as I have received the truth from a living God. That truth is my lord Jesus Christ who is the truth the way and the life.

Sulayman If there was an original Book that Allah was in agreement with as in tell the people of the book your Allah is my Allah. and Allah all knowingly knew the book was going to be corrupted (which is against the teaching of the Qu'ran by the way) Would he have said tell the people of the book Your Allah is my Allah? Wouldnt the people of the book have deviated from his truth and wouldnt he have known this? and instead taught this God you worship is not God and it is not me? and the book that i have gave them is now corrupt. but no he taught your god is may god and the book is holy and true and my word can not be changed.........hmm delema

What is there to explain? The Torah and the Bible WERE the word of God. Through corruption, Athanasius, Arius, the Council of Nicea and countless other incidednts the word had been changed so much that it lost its true holiness. That is why God sent down the Quran as the last and final confirmation of the previous scriptures to set the record straight. You can still find some good stories in both books but I am not completely confident it is the WHOLE truth. So, in essence, I'm Christian, Jew AND Muslim. But Muslim supercedes the previous 2. Peace
P.s. Im going to have to agree with Affan on with his interpretation. We probably know ARabic better than you and have studied many interpretations, BUT either way it relways the same message. Yes, I can read AND God's word is never corrupt; but people lie about what they have received from God. Let me put it like this. When God first created Adam and EVe there was no huge set of rules on how to live life. It is a gradual revelation from God to us. He does not want to overburden us at one time and also wants every nation at at least one point to have a messenger. Gradually he reveals more laws to people until His message is complete (the Holy Quran) so until some one can show me the originally Injeel (Bible) that Jesus lived by then I will NOT trust any accounts of it as reliable. It is a previous message and because the Quran confirms that message I dont even find it necessary to make a distinction between God's original message (submission) and His final message because they all focused on the present scripture, which implied submission to God's will. Is that better?

None can change the true word of God. People will try to forge and counterfeit God's scriptures, but God makes sure that the actual message will take hold instead of the false ones. Muslims believe that God sent the torah down, but people changed it. God sent later prophets to guide the people back and keep people from going astray with false scriptures or traditions. God sent other messengers like Jesus, peace be upon him, who brought the Gospel to guide the children of Israel back to the right message, since the last message was altered somehow. Unfortunately, his message was also changed or parts were lost or added to (look at how the 4 gospels contradict one another so many times. Why do 4 gospels have 4 different last words of Jesus (pbuh)?) In the end, God sent Muhammad, peace be upon him, the Quran, which God promised would be the last revelation and God would make sure nobody altered it. To this day, the Quran I have is identical to the one 1400 years ago, and you can see the original written edition Uthmani (aka Usmani) Qurans at museums in Turkey and Uzbekistan.
So the part of Quran you are quoting is correct, God has promised that nobody will alter His words, and nobody has. People have tried, and failed, demonstrating God's promise.

This is my understanding: In 6:115 when God says none can change his words does not mean God's word were changed since we consider Bible and Torah to be changed. God's word did not change in other words God did not contradict himself but basically its the people who later changed God's word.

I've never heard anyone believe that the Torah and Bible were never the word of God, only that they are corrupt books, and incomplete compared to the Qu'ran. I've never met a Muslim that didn't appreciate other people of the book...

The gospel and the torah are the word or god according to islam however, theses holy books have been changed over time due to corruption, misunderstanding amongst other things.
