i have a 02 4x4 3.0 ford ranger i want a chip or tuner is there one or where can i buy it or any good performance parts?

Yes chips are available but the cost isn't justified by the minimal performance improvement. The most cost effective mods for the 3.0 would be to improve the breathing of the engine by installing exhaust headers & dual exhaust & an aftermarket intake system like a K&N Filtercharger all of which is going to run you around $1000.
