You could rig something up by hooking multiple strands of wire end to end by stripping some copper at each end and twisting the leads together.

You could buy some connectors at radio shack and put them on the ends of different strands of wire and use them to make a longer wire.

If you are looking for high quality, though, every connection introduces interference, reflections, and other undesirable effects, so the best thing to do would be to buy a spool of wire and cut a wire that is a suitable length.
