Are you sure you mailed it to the correct Service Center? If you sent your application to the wrong Service Center, that would cause a significant delay in receiving a Notice of Action, since your application would have to be transfered to the correct Service Center before any processing would begin.

And if you can't find the answer by checking the status of your case, call the National Customer Service Center:1 (800) 375-5283
Sometimes, they lose people's document so you have to check what's going on from time to time.

Go to the link below and look up the processing time for the form you submitted. If it is past the date it should have been dealt with you need to find out what is happening. Remember to allow a couple of weeks for processing and mailing.

Did you pay for express service??? Keep one thing in mind, they have hundreds or thousands of cases and files to go over, and 30% of them are fraud, so they have to do their work properly, and it might take time, so chill.,
