All i wanted to do was go to my grandma's house to do my homework but my parents didnt want to take me. i couldnt concentrate on doing my work thats why i asked. i was upset so i went to my room and i thrw my books on the ground, then my stepdad came in and demanded my cell, ipod, and told me i wasnt alowed to do to my winter formal that i have been talking about for the last couple of months. My younger brother was being far worse today( was talking back and cursing!!!) and he had nothing said to him.[BUMMER] i am just so mad but seriously what do i do. I really want to go to the dance. And i want my cell phone and ipod back as well.

What did you think was going to happen when you threw your books on the floor? Did you think you would get what you wanted by doing that? I mean really, do you usually get what you want when you act like that? It doesn't matter what happened to your brother - this isn't about him - it is about you! Take some ownership here girl! I would go to my dad and tell him I was an idiot and that I was sorry. Tell him you deserve what you got and that you don't blame him. I think you will get your stuff back pretty soon, but you need to stop doing the stuff that gets your stuff jacked in the first place. If what your doing doesn't work - do something different. First of all, you have to stop throwing temper tantrums. They get you nowhere but in trouble. Do what your parents ask of you and even when they don't ask, if you see something that needs to be done, do it. Prove to them that you can obey their rules and ask for a second chance.

to make yourself feel better water down your brohers underwear and put them in the freezer. then while he is sleeping paint his nails bright red..... thats what i did when i was younger. probably just make things worse for you though
