Its really hard these days to know who is a liar and who is not,
How do you know that there being sincere ?

You don't and never will no when your being lied to.If you believe in someone you are going to get hurt.Everyone lies, some more then others.If you are married you learn to lie very well.Men are better at lying then women and that's why they get away with so much.

Liars include lots of details to make things seem more believable.

someone who is telling the truth tends to keep good eye contact, a liar doesnt, also a liar tends to stutter uhh and umm alot and they look away alot...

look them in the eyes. do not stear. if they blink watch out.
