I have tabs disabled (I do NOT use tabs), and I want to keep it that way. I open multiple windows just like I did with IE6. BUT EVERYTIME, A PAGE REFRESHES OR LOADS, IT POPS UP OVER ALL OTHER PROGRAMS ON MY COMPUTER. HOW DO I STOP THIS???? thanks.

Both answers below are @@@WRONG!!!@@@ Someone told me on another question to go into tools, internet options, advanced, and unclick "enable page transtions." VIOLA! PROBLEMO SOLVED!

When you open multiple windows, a new page will open on top of the others. If you want to see part of all of them, right-click on the taskbar and select "tile windows" vertically or horizontally. To undo, right-cl the taskbar and cl "undo tile."
