I have been talking to this one girl for a lit bit now and i asked her if she liked me and she said maybe. the only thing is she has also been talking to another guy for a lit bit longer than we have but he is never around and i eat lunch with her and sit at her workplace until she gets off work and hangout with her. so i dont understand does she like me or does not want to hurt my feelings.

Actually she's telling you the truth. But what she isn't telling you is more important. What she isn't telling you is that she's still trying to determine if you're more "Friendship" or "Romantic" material. At this point she hasn't decided yet, and I will bet you that the other guy is a bit more rough around the edges than you are right? If so, take the friendship and move on dude.

maybe means no not really or yes just dont hold me to . or in the case that you asked a girl on a date maybe can mean yes as long as nothing better comes up or no unless i end up being really bored . but regardless maybe sucks

She probably likes having the attention of two guys. She is stringing you both along until one of you wises up. You could do so much better than that.

Sounds like she's interested. Give her a week or so and ask her if she wants to go to a movie or something. If she gives you bad vibes back off and let her come to you. If she accepts, well, go for it.

your trying to hard relax you are bordering on becoming a stalker. girls dont fall in love with nice guys they get bored of them the other guy will win mark my words.stop smothering her or she will swim away.give her space and she will feal lost with out you.try this dont go to her work with out telling her and see if she calls.p.s.make sure she has your ph# first.if she calls to make sure your ok you win if not move on you have your answer.best of luck little brother.

She doesn't want to hurt your feelings or she's trying to decide between you and the other guy but mostly look for the other guy.

If I were you I'd find a girl who has a slightly larger vocabulary. If she could answer "Yes" or "No" to your question that would be a good start.
