3) there are as many freaking times as book of horror
5) there are as many clothes as windows (if you put a piece of clothe in each window to dry...)
6) there are as much happiness as happy girls (if you think they are the only source of happiness, ie if you a man)
8) there are many scaring times as phone cells (a call may scare you)
10) there are as many places as granny's memories would remember
11) there are as many works as horses - in the time horses drew plowing etc
12) there are as many colours as flowers, ie flowers are of all colours
14) there are as many scents like girls - everyone has her unique scent. This is to me the most meaningful sentence of all

I think none of them make sense, those sentences are comparing amounts of thngs that can't be measures in the same way
