My ex brother in law says he moved in with my mom so that his son could stay with his sister. He had been in prison for awhile. I feel that he moved in so he could have a free ride and because he is very controlling. That is why my sister divorced him. My mother is afraid of him. OH and I did tell him to piss off many times as well as informed him that I was not afraid. Needless to say, this does not help my cause in getting the children (even the one that does not belong to him) out of that situation.

If your mother doesn't want him there, she should have the police come and remove him from her home. Who has custody of the children? Surely he doesn't if he has been in prison. I think your mom should do whatever it takes to get him out of her home. You and your family shouldn' t let him intimidate you at all. That is how people like him get control over others. I wish you the best of luck in whatever decisions your family makes.

How awful! There are just some people that don't need to be in our lives. I wish that I could help you. What did he do to get into prison.? If you think that he is still a threat, you are probably correct. Perhaps, you can ask the cops to do like and annual check-up secretly on him. Is he violating any probation? Uggh, I can't STAND it when unwanted people just come in and ruin everything! This totally sucks for you! just pray on it and make sure to keep an extremely watchful eye on this untrustworthy man. Be patient, he'll mess up sooner or later. When he does, petition the court for custody. This probably isn't the answer you wanted, but it's truthful!
