Russian has different grammatical cases


Nominative: я тоже (Ya tozhe)
I love you too : "Me too = я тоже"

Accusative/ Genitive: меня тоже (myenya tozhe)
You love me too: "Me too = меня тоже"

Dative: мне тоже (mnye tozhe)
I am twenty years too: "Me too = мне тоже"

Instrumental: мной тоже (mnoy tozhe)
He is interested in me too: "Me too = мной тоже"

Prepositional: мне тоже (mnye tozhe)
It is a letter about me too: "Me too = обо мне тоже"
