My thoughts exactly. Let the Marines practice their urban combat in gang infested neighborhoods.

Gangs are not as big of a threat as the used to be, however the members of the gangs still have rights to. Sorry to say actually.

I do not believe that gangs are more of a threat than terrorists. Gangs pretty much are only threats to thier rivals and a few innocent people standing in the area. Terrorists don't care which gang you are a part of, or even if you are in one or if you are the innocent person standing in the area. When terrorists are involved, we are all (gang affiliated or not) targets for them.

But cops can't go in and just kill the gangs. If the gangs happen to open fire or brandish a weapon, then it should be on. They area pest to the community and all should be locked up and continue thier gang thing in the prison system since the prison systems are failing the U.S.

Because if they happen to be non-white then it would be "racist" and Al Sharpton would be screaming even more hoarsely on tv, these people have "rights", "society is to blame", wah wah wah. Give every law abiding citizen the right to carry arms and to shoot anyone trying to break into your home anywhere in th USA and there would be less crime everywhere, because the criminals would not be going through the revolving doors of a prison system. Catch them red handed, deal with them on the spot. No lawyers. But we can't deprive lawyers of work, not to mention those prosecutors who build their whole political careers as district attorneys, attorney generals etc. etc. Solve the crime problem, and you won't need to have a police state.

HAHA. well, that would be slightly racist. Against the law. Then, gangs could probably take the cops. nice try to save the world though. obviously your not a gang member.

because gangs are full of teenagers and if a cop kills a teenager the media gets ahold of it and says something like... "POLICE OFFICER KILLS 15 YEAR OLD ON HIS WAY TO SCHOOL!" or something like that.... plus alot of paperwork... we cant just go around and shoot anyone. we arent even relly supposed to unless they have the gun shooting at other people or if its pointed at us.

That would actually be a great idea, but on a legal stand point these dirtbags have the "right" to a fair trial, but its a good idea.

because laws of the country protect them until proven guilty of a crime....much as we hate what we feel we know.....going forward to identify someone doing something wrong.....hahaha thats easier than it sounds to get someone to testify
Husb justice court judge and gets "informed" all time but they won't come forward they don't want to go to a court....thus the law is held back by laws

PRETTY SIMPLE. MURDER IS ILLEGAL. UNLESS THE OFFICER FEARS FOR HIS LIFE OR THE THREAT OF SOMEONE ELSE'S, YOU JUST CAN SHOOT SOMEONE BECAUSE THEY BELONG TO A GANG.

Killing is a crime even in the eyes of law enforcement. But the death penalty isn't.
