Pretty much the same all around. Swiss is quite good, but the planes are small which makes for a lousy trip. I fly long haul (6 hours plus) all the time and I don't consider the meals light at all. Within Europe Iberia, Lufthansa and AF will serve a drink and snack considering most flights are 2 hours max.

Very good on Air France. On long haul flights, e.g., from Houston to Paris, one dinner about an hour after take-off, breakfast 1hour before landing, free drinks, even alcoholic, including stuff like Baileys or Champagne.
Lufthansa and British pretty much the same (don't think champagne).

It's pretty good. Not better or worse than American Airlines. I flew SwissAir a few years ago and it was really REALLY nice. But that airlines was known for being tops.
