My gym have sauna, steam room, spa, pool, and shower.

Can anyone explain what benefit do sauna and steam room have?

I'm not too fond of sauna, but I really like steam room. They have shower head that spray cool water in steam room which feel so nice to go under for a second or two once every few minutes.

However I'm wondering if there's any proper order to use them or what? Hope someone can help me with that one. Thanks in advance.

Pool before everything. It's full of chlorine and ickyness. Same thing with the spa. Sauna is just heat, and makes you sweat. You don't need to do the sauna AND steam room as they have very similar positive things, only if you want to do both to relax. Steam will make you sweat more, which opens your pores and removes impurities. Then shower to get it off your skin. Shower last.

Do it in that order...the steam room opens your pours, the spa will help you treat imperfections, the pool closes them, and the shower gets the ick off.
