Yeah, but only if your driving skills are better than your grammar. Are schools even bothering to teach the kids anymore?

No, it's not. You are an extremely inexperienced driver. Consider your license as an "advanced learner's permit" for the next couple of years. It takes quite a bit if time and experience behind the wheel to become truly competent as a driver.

Most states now have graduated licenses for new drivers and that will limit when you can drive and how many passengers you may carry. There's good reason for that; you don't have the experience and expertise to be a good driver yet -- that comes with time and practice.

First of all how old are you? 16 No,17,not responsible enough yet, I know. 18 are you ready, ask youself and after drivers ed classes. Take small steps, get comfotable with it .Cell phones & driving don't mix .any drivers talking on them and have a wreck or cause one ,should have their license took away suspended for 3 months, second offense 6 months fined and their parents fined if under age, third 1 year and fined, and a mark on their license, and insurance, and parents fined again if under age.And the automobile insurance in your name Not mommy & daddy,if your old enough to drive then take the responsibility that goes with it .

Practice, practice, practice. Not with other teenagers.

First-year drivers are about twice as bad (likely to die) as older teenage drivers. If they have friends in the car, they're about twice as bad (likely to die) as they are alone.

So no, you're not a safe driver. If friends go with you, you'll be even worse, because you'll chat with them instead of driving. There's also a statistic that groups of teenagers are less likely to wear seat belts, because it's not cool.

Yeah, you can wear pretty much what you'd like to wear.

If you're asking if you can do where ever you'd like, it's legal to drive where ever you'd like, but some places are not safe.

no it's not even safe for someone who has been driving for 50 years to go wherever they want to go.

it's winter and your inexperienced. road conditions are a factor.

live in the city or the country? if your in the city, sorry but you have no business driving rush hour traffic yet. nor do you need to be driving... say... downtown chicago.

there are definitely times for you not to be driving and places for you not to be going to.

When you can spell the word "wear" right when using it in a question THEN you are ready to go WHERE ever you want.
