Some people say years of meditation, can make you so. Ive heard of sages who have undergone years of meditation, to gain god realization. Some gain powers after that, some become prophets, some claim to become God...whats ur thought? Or is there any other way to become Godly?

1. Meditation is the only way , which tranforms internally a human and can acheive godliness state of mind.
2. GOD does not exist .but godliness state of mind exist whose properties are similar to peaple have assumed in GOD.
3. There are thousands of meditation techniques but few only takes humanity up to godliness state of mind.

Back when I was young and wild some of us did some LSD and this guy decided we were all God.
But we are called to aspire to Godliness which is less about power and more about controlling our own selfish urges and putting other peoples wants and needs above our own and then God will provide ours. I'm lacking.

For a Pantheist there's no becoming you already are God but its not the same God which Christians describe in the bible, you don't become immortal and get to have superpowers

Whether you want to believe it or not, we are all gods. We are all a part of the source and he is a part of us. We're are not yet fully conscious of this. We all have the ability to gain 'powers' and we all have the ability to co-create. But this may be hard to understand if you are looking at God humanly.

There is a book called the course in miracles that teaches you how to open a direct line of communication with God.
Hundreds if not thousands of people have done exactly that.

Humanity in it's present form cannot attain Godliness, Holiness, or perfection. We are tainted by sin, as is obvious by the ever increasing decay of our society as we further remove God from our lives altogether.

no, i think the whole notion of a divine figure is that they are being(s) who are not created, nor do they start as human beings. perhaps years of meditation can make you completely empty, and thus enabling you to wholly fill yourself with the presence of God...
