My neighbor always flirts with me when im at his house, and hell once in awhile invite me over and he even tried kissing me the first day i met him but i didnt let him and we've known each other for a ocuple of months but he doesnt even bring it up anymore and twice at two different parties he took me but hardly talked to me. whats his problem?

Well, to be honest, if we make any moves without some kind of okay from you, that's close to rape. What do you expect the guy to do? He made the initial attempt. Are you interested in doing something with this guy? You know, you can initiate sometimes, too. It doesn't always have to be the guy since you've basically shot him down a couple of times already. I think you need to make the next move.

i think the first guy made a good point if you just met and he tried to do something he might think you think hes a rapist so if you turned him down he probably thinks if he tries again you'll call the cops.i sugjest if you like him you make the first move.

If I'm flirting and she doesn't flirt back on the same level or more its to chancy to make a move w/out her first accknowledging that she's diggen it.
