Healthy: veggies (carrot sticks, celery sticks, etc) with a yoghurt-based dip (like plain yoghurt with some spices or onion mix)

Unhealthy: sprinkle some cheese (I prefer bagged shredded italian mix) on some nacho chips, stick in the microwave or under the broiler until cheese is melted.

French-women-don't-get-fat version: a platter of any of the following: various cheeses with bread or crackers, olives, pate, salami slices, etc.

REALLY unhealthy: Eat a can of Durkee French fried onions, the kind you put in a green bean casserole.

Alternate version of Chex mix, courtesy of my college roomie: take a bowl of Chex cereal, and instead of pouring milk on the cereal pour Worcestershire sauce over it, heat in a toaster oven, eat.

Yogurt with granola! I also like toastada shells with cottage cheese and avocado, I know it sounds like something only a pregnant person would eat but I swear it's really good. :)
