No, in fact I read an article that new studies show that peppers like Jalapenos have things that help ulcers. Spicy food can upset your stomach but they are not responsible for ulcers. Bacteria is. If your body does not have enough good bacteria lining the stomach, such as the bacteria found in yogurt, then it leaves it vunarable to bad bacteria. Also, stress has been know to be a catalyst for ulcers, but really it comes down do Bacteria.

it is too much spicer ;when its too much whatever; when its Hott an ulcer comes from eating Hot&spicey stuff for a long time and i know from experience right now im taking rantidinine for acid reflux so take it from a woman like me pick your battle wiseley!
