hes not a smoker. He gets dizzy and blackouts and one time has fainted. Every morning he starts out by doing a strange cough noise and sniffles for the early hours in the morning and then hes better in the afternoon im not sure exactly what to do?

I'm a nurse. Any problem left untreated can become life threatening, I see this all the time. Please encourage him how much you love and care for him, and ask him to please, please see a doctor. Tell him he is worth the very best care he can get and that's a doctor. I don't want to scare you, but this could be something serious. The blackouts is alarming to me.

My boyfriend didn't want to see the doctor. I made an appointment for him at the free clinic.
He had cancer. He is only 27. They said if he waited longer he would have died. My aunt had the same kind of cancer. She did die.
Tell your guy he has to go to the doctor.

get him to the dr. now. you dont know what could be wrong and if found out in time they might be able to save his life.
