a philosophical question. the answer should be left to the spiritual healer and big thinkers. i am not one of them -- but my theory on life -- it is a road, long road and most of the time a bumpy road. sorry they do not teach how to cope with life "uncertainties" at school. including at the university level. instead they teach mundane subjects. it feels good to be alive and sometimes no so good. we do not know what the end reserves and when the end will come. not to be born -- would have been an option many would have taken if given that choice on day 1. on the other hand many do like the ride...it is a real challenge for them and it stimulates all their senses and being --lucky those. Most of us fall into the cracks and barely make it -- but in our own way and to us -- we are OK. ups and downs, forgiven and forgotten -- hopefully there is a happy end somewhere along the long line called "life". hope it helps.

It is good, very good.. I have had many surgeries, 2 this summer. I have had bad health for many years, but my suffering does not take away my Joy of being alive. Right after my second surgery this summer something went wrong and I was almost dead, and I saw myself dying and did not want to die. I prayed hard, for the Lord to give me more time. My heart was not ready to die, I wanted so much to live, to have more time with my loved ones..I fought so hard to stay alive. and I was so protective of myself and I was like a tigress defending myself. I never thought I could be so tough.. I never knew I could be such a survivor.. but I was .. Life is too precious to give up on... Life is Good..I give thanks to God for hearing my prayer and for this precious time I have here with my loved ones..

Actually, I have nothing to compare it to. Sometimes its great, other times its not.
I would say that I believe that it is a very important gift that has been given and I sometimes take it for granted.

It's ok. Sometimes it can get me down. I think life is like a rollercoaster. See, sometimes it goes down ( gets bad ) only so you can have fun going back up (getting better).
