i've heard about this diet, but i heard it makes you feel sick or have to use the bathroom a lot? and on average, how much weight do you lose?? because, what happens with me is i just need to get the weight OFF. im pretty good at maintaining my weight, i just cant get rid of it in the first place! is it good or bad, how much weight will i lose approximately, and will it make you sick or anything. i know the soup prolly tastes bad, but i'm willing to do it for just a week. thanx!!!!

at most you might lose some water weight and some muscle and almost zero fat...

I used it years ago, it is high in fibre but low in protein. It doesnt taste bad if you like vegetable soup. but it is very boring.
1 med cabbage
2 gr peppers
1 bunch celery
3-6 onions
2 lrg cans tomatoes
2 pkg lipton onion soup mix
chop veges boil and serve

Cabbage soup is gross. Besides even if you did it for a week, the pounds would just jump back on after that.
