Honestly, about 300 a month. But, i have found other places to shop. Like Aldi's. It sounds ghetto, but it's not! Just put what ever you can into plastic containers like cereal, noodles etc. No one will ever know!

Family of 4 - probably $400. We eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies, which are going to be more expensive than junk food, plus we live in a little tiny town w/o much pricing competition. There is ONE store that has sales, so I NEVER buy meat full-price, and really really try to shop the sales. It was a lot easier when we lived in a larger town that had multiple stores with sales - the only things I bought not on sale were milk, eggs, and bread. I am not exaggerating!

About $40-60/week, so $160-240 a month. This is just for 2 adults.
