You sound only concerned about your weight. If this is your imminent goal, I would tell you, control your diet. We are what we eat. If I wanted to lose weight, I would start from fasting, please consult holistic practitioner before any fasting. You may want to go juice fast or fruit/veg fast. Then watch your diet.
From my experience, I never worry about my weight, because I eat healthy. I even don't care how much calories I eat or not eat, because a lot of nutrition in natural food is far beyond human science' discovery. e.g.) what is the difference between honey and white sugar? I only eat organic honey, no white sugar at all. What is the difference between wild salmon and farmed salmon? I only eat wild salmon. When human being, in order to make profit (greedy)and feed hormones, the animal are not naturally grown, They lose a lot of nutritions which benefit our body or have some extra chemicals which harm our body. - No science has discovered everything, and probably never will. What God originally created for us human beings are the best for us. Avoid any human-made products. Sorry this is long, but I hope this helps and you get the point.

I know this is going to sound really weird but it worked for a bunch of my friends and me. Drink a mug of warm water with a 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in the morning and before you to go bed. I dont know exactly how it works something with like the fat burning acid or something anyway just thought id help... also a thing to do to help give you a boost is to go on this diet called the 3 day diet. You can lose like 10 lbs in 3 days! it works i did it i lost 4 the first 2 days but quit the 3rd.. anyway it really give you incouragement when you see the numbers drop on the scale. Then after that just eat heathy and excerise.

Unfortunately,no magic tricks but there are things you can change as part of your lifestyle that are kinds of "tricks"like
skim milk
dip your fork in dressing then salad so you hardly have any
lots of fiber to fill you up
lots of water
every meal should have fat,carb and protein
baby carrots and dip a great snack
never drink straight juice, water it down half and half
eat small meals all throught the day
plan healthy meals ahead
exercise EVERY day
when you eat, half your plate should be fresh food like fruits and veggies and then have protein and a carb
check out the internet.....somuch good info out there.....the GI diet has had good reviews
for me exercise is key. i workout everyday and dont worry about my diet as much (its pretty balanced)

i tried green tea for weightloss--dnt depend on it too much, the effect is slow and not outstanding-u also have 2 drink like 3 cups a day everyday for ages for some weightloss. But then green tea dehydrates you so u have 2 keep up water levels too. i lose weight when i drink plenty of water and when i stay off carby snacks. Eat 6 meals a day (in small portions-with heaps of veges -a healthy assortment) so u dnt have the need to binge or treat urself on carby/sweet snacks. Try to eat high fibre bread (brown bread) and regulate ur carb intake--try to reduce it a bit-but dnt take it from ur diet. I find that pilates works well for me or tennis or any fun excercise. i heard that high fibre diets are very effective -but then u have 2 take carbs out of ur diet. Dnt try it --it strains ur kidneys-quite unhealthy-ull pile the weight on after the diet. But water and good excercise is the key for me. When ur hungry--treat urself regularly to a vege/fruit or just some water. Research shows that many times when we r 'hungry' for snacks--our bodies just want some water. Try not to sit for long periods after a meal --just keep walking or do some activity like skipping...etc. Oh and also--a trick----to get ur metabolism working in the morning drink a glass of water with some lemon squeezed into it--make it very sour! It cleanses ur body + boosts immune system + gets matabolism ready for food. After that squeeze some wheat grass? or some vegetable into juice and have it every morning or whenever --its sooo good for u. Good luck!

Go vegan or watch your coleseral in you diet and do some excersize daily that is the best way to lose weight and keep it off. good luck!
