I don't think mom and dad knew but I'm not sure, I havn't brought it up. We are in our 20s. Is this weird or bad?

I don't know man...this is the first I've heard about siblings this old showering together. I think it's a bit weird. I definitely wouldn't recommend doing this again. Plus, think about how confusing this can be to both parties involved.

um, kinda wierd. going to the bathroom while your sis is in the shower is fine, but showering together, no. i mean, i would feel wierd!
