I love spicy foods. Especially peppercionnis (sp?) and jalapenos. I'll usually eat about 7-10 hot peppers at a time. Is this okay? Or do you think I should limit the number of peppers I eat?

it all depends how much heat you can take., and what kind of pepper. For me it is 4 Jalpapenos, 2 Haberanos.
try Dave's instany hot sauce.
