Yikes stay away far away. Unless your a repair man but even then you still have to get the parts and that should only take a few months to a year to get.

In protection of fecomosis. maximum human beings have no clue how the Philips call must be spelled, regularly they assume their must be 2 Ls there. considering that this employer began interior the Netherlands, the spelling isn't the comparable as English could have it. inspect the question Do PhiLLips. See what I propose? Plus, the right vernacular for do, hence must be does. to respond to the question, I quite have seen no difficulty with the Philips plasma instruments. they have had a bear in mind on the Ambilight function, however. BTW Philips isn't made interior the u . s . anymore. They close down their Greeneville,TN plant some years in the past. Now Samsung instruments are equipped there. Up until the top of final year Toshiba become made in Lebanon, TN. Now that plant is closed down, the recent Toshiba instruments I quite have seen are available in at the instant are made in China.

Philips does not have a very good reputation because of the recall that occurred last year with their plasmas.

I still recommend Panasonic, LG and Zenith plasma TVs..
