ok so in my town these teens go into in accident, u no they jus wanted to hav a race late at nigh after 12, they all wanted to com but their was a car coming and they almos hit it by passing red ligh so they turned lost control and 2 teens died the driver had serios injurie but survived and 2 others had little injuries. police say they wer drinkin alcohol and crazy driving.coul he go to jail?hes 16 they wer jus havin fun but i dont think they wer drinkin

could who go to jail? whoever was driving the reckless car is definitely looking at potential jail time. but you didn't say who died, driver or passengers.

A similar accident happened to some kids at my school a few years back and the driver survived, his best friend in passenger seat died, and back seat passenger survived. the driver went to jail and then had to do five years probation. He got off easier because he was handicapped in the accident and lost some brain function but not permanently. He was 17 when it happened. I bet your friend will go to jail too depending on the drunk driving laws in your state and how good of a lawyer he has.

good possibility of being charged with wreckless operation of a vehicle along with vehicular homocide(someone died by someone causing the death of another). I AM NOT A LAWYER so only an attorney could help---------it all depends on what the parents of the other kid that died want to bring charges etc. Jail time----------looking very possible.

If someone was drinking and driving or reckless driving, then yes, they can go to jail. You need to stay in school bud.
