I found a 'foreign supermarket' in Itaewon, and it had some Malaysian, Phillipine, Thai food products, but im not sure exactly what you're looking for...
Anyway I think if you go out of Exit 3 at Itaewon station, then walk straight, then when you see the sign for the Muslim mosc(spelling??) go right onto that road, then the supermarket is on the left, not very far up. They have a lot of Indian food products too, and everything seems to be well priced in comparison to other 'foreign supermarkets'... Good luck!
Sorry, just saw that you live in Gang Won Do... im not sure where any stores are in Gang Won Do. If there is a large Phillipine community there, perhaps you could do some trading with some of them?

Go to Hyewha-dong in Seoul (subway line 4) and you'll feel like your back in the Philippines :) There are also a few Filipino stores in Incheon & Namdaemun but Hyewha is the most popular.

Sorry to say it but you are out of luck in Kangwon Province. Dong Hae and Wonju have a few places in their central markets that may have a few things (I found banana sauce once)
