i went get my bands on my for my braces. the man had to push down on it really hard So he was using some metal thing to push down and he slipped. well when he did he cut my gums and it hurt so bad. Well like 3 sec after that my whole bottom left jaw went numb and stayed like that for a day. I mean i actually chocked on blood they had to use gaws and that suction thing to get it out. well it still hurts and it is very swollen. and the cold hurts it...what do i do?

use warm water to rinse your mouth and i would recommend using listerine after your brush or eat. and brushing your gums even if it hurts and starts bleeding would really help, just use a circular motion like how you brush your braces

Nothing really.Accidents do happen.You cant sue him for that.You gonna end up spending much more than you will get.
