Unless you dont sweat, I'd say as often as you wash socks...daily.
Wash in cold water. Hand washing will keep the elastic from breaking down.

Real easy... since you are typically going to take a shower after wearing them - right? Then hop in the shower with it on, take it off and wash it with shampoo, just like your hair!
Squeeze it out really good and then let it dry hanging over the shower head or water handle.
I would wash it after every time you use it, especially if you're out playing b-ball or something where you work up a real good sweat!
Have Fun!

you should wash them in your washer and you should wash them ever other day because the sweat from the sweat bands will make you have bad acne

I put them in with my exercise clothes. How often is kinda up to you... if they smell bad, or have visible dirt/stains, it's time to wash them!
