No, it is not. Coffee beans are not bad for you - as long as you do not consume them regulary - which you cleary do not! Also - may I suggest (if you are really worred) to buy some "non caffeine" coffee beans. Yes, this sounds gross because it is! lol
hope that helped!

This is probably good for you not bad for you. Here is why:
First, even if you add a lot of sugar and cream, you will get extra fattening calories, but once or twice a month is not really significant. This is probably less bad than eating McDonald's twice a month.
Coffe in moderation is good for you in a number of ways. 4 cups of coffee per day reduces the risk of cirrhosis of the liver from alcoholism by about 80%. It also helps to reduce to the risk of getting diabetes in some populations. These effects have nothing to do with the caffeine in coffee, but caffeine in moderate amounts (up to 4 cups per day) is also good for you.
Research shows that caffeine consumption has positive effects on mental performance, and those who consume a little bit of caffeine everday are able to benefit even more from these effects of caffeine. Now, if you add sugar to your coffee, this will probably also help mental performance as sugar appears to have positive short term effects on mood and mental performance.
For most people more than 6 cups of coffee per day (or the equivalent in caffeine) is needed to be bad for you. Recent evidence has shown that this is not true for everyone, but most people could drink 4 cups of coffee a day, and it would be good for them.

Enjoy your coffee cravings. Most adults drink 3 to 3 cups everday and most of them are in good health. Enjoy and don't listen to these health guru wannabees on this site. Hell, you only live once, so live it up (in moderation).

No, coffee in moderation is not bad for you. As a matter of fact, they have found that decaffeinated beans have some really negative effects such as causing alzheimers, or being carcinogenic.
