in the registry ... type regedit in ur run dialogue box ... be careful though if u dont know what ur doing or you'll permanently bsod ur pc and have to reformat ...

The registry can be edited through regedit.

start > run > regedit

As for what key you need, YOU know that, we don't. Whatever site or source your getting that information from should tell you what key you are looking for, then you just have to navigate there with regedit. Unless you want to tell us the full path to the key, we can't help you any further.

You can also stop them by taking away their user rights or by forcing the pc revert back on shut down or logoff.

If you don't know what it is (and I'm quite sure you don't) leave them alone, you can cause serious damage.
