i see this guy every once in a while. i really like him and i think he likes me back. well the boy i like was talking to one of his friends and i asked them what they were talking about. they said they were talking aabout girls. then i asked them if they were talking about the girl they like and the boy i like siad " uuuuuuuuuuuhhhhhhhhhh maybe" and that made me think he was talking about me because if he wasnt he would of said yes. Well, if u feel really strongly that that guy likes u back, you should maybe ask him on a small date that would help u guys get closer. if he hesitates then say maybe you could go as friends and maybe then you two will spark and find the magic.

It's possible that it was a private conversation between just them and that they had just lied so they could just continue their conversation uninterrupted. The "uuuuuuuuuuuhhhhhhhhhh" part was probably just a (not-so-)brief moment to think what to say. But we need more info. Why do you think he likes you? What "signs" do you see? He may have been talking about you, but there's not that good of a chance of it. There must be hundreds of girls in your school (as in any run-of-the-mill school).

well, sorry i don't think so. gals topic is really core of guys talk. i reckon the reason he said "uhh...maybe" it's because he might concern about what do think of him, esp not a playboy talking abt this girl, that girl all the time, which probably means he cares abt the way you look at him.
