Controlling persons are looking for mentally and emotionally weak persons in their lives cause once upon a time they weren't treated like they were the greatest gift GOD has given their parents. They don't want strong tough and independent partners cause they want to be the ONE in charge. I wouldn't allow one of those "big bullies" into my life and no woman should want to let my life and neither should any woman. Then again there ARE controlling women and they're just as bad. Sometimes men and women get controlling if the cheating factor exists and noone will tolerate it. However, that'll make the situation worse. NO HUMAN be perfect, but men and women should be treated with unconditional love and respect. If the controlling realized that there isn't anyone around willing to "surrender their OWN power and control", then there will be more persons taking anger management classes. Good luck. I guess maybe insecure or loving, giving people seem to fall prey to control freaks? Oops...I'm sorry but control nuts bother me..lol

People with low self esteem or people who are timid. Basically anyone who won't put up a fight.
