I am just starting out with dieting and exercise. I am looking to lose 20-30 lbs and I was just wondering if any of the diet pills were worth trying.

Go to your local Chinatown and ask them to give you some tea called "Bojenmi". You can Google it. Its a traditional Chinese tea made of natural herbs that actually melts fat away. It sounds ridiculous but it actually does work. I lost 9 lbs in 3 weeks just by taking 2 cups a day of Bojenmi and changing nothing else! The best part - it costs around $1.50 for a box of 20 or so teabags. How cool is that?! You have nothing to lose by trying it, apart from some weight!

Yes. Any diet works for the beginning. You would loose weight fast and easy. But then you 'd fast and easy gain the same if not more. Cuz every diet just make you starve. And your body on cellular level remember that moment - when you starved your body. And then in any moment when you start to eat, your body starts to storage fat as much as it can and even more - just in case if you decide to starve your body again. Sa if you really want to loose weight - find cleansing program with side effect - weight loss.
I can help you to find - this is the one which I use - go to www.dreamlife.isagenix.com and click on CLEANSE
Good luck.
