Ok, so he approached me, we exchanged contact info, and eventually went on a date and plan to go on another next week.. The thing is, we kinda meet through his ex-g/f who goes to the same school as me. We had class together for a few wks until she dropped it. We had a hi/bye status...never any long, serious convos.

Also, she kinda is obssessed with the dude! She still talks to him affectionately as though they go out. He clearly has no emotions for her though.

So once agin, am i wrong?

well ya know how girls are, but make sure he's not saying one thing to u and another to her. not like you're the "other woman" but if he's talkin to her and saying enough where she thinks they can still be together....he might be tryin to have his cake and eat it too. becareful~ good luck!

You need to step back and let him deal with her. She is his problem, You stay nice and polite and civil and do not jump into anything sexual for as long as you can, just to make sure you are not being played here. If you and the guy end up getting serious, she will get the message and eventually leave you two alone.

If his ex-girlfriend is your friend, then yes, you're wrong. If she isn't, then go for it. It's never a good idea to date the ex of a friend!

Hey girl life's a B*tch if you really think he likes you and is not using you to get his own back at this pal of yours, and your sure her feelings for him are one sided then go for it. At the end of the day she had her chance and she blew it, and he might be the love of your life. xxxx

I'd say you're ok. I ended up with my boyfriend after trying to set him up with two of my friends. They weren't interested; I figured out I was, and there were no hard feelings from anyone.

No..you're not wrong. But if the g/f is obsessed, you may want to take it slow until she gets over him.

I recommend that if you and her are good friends, state how you feel about this guy to her. You are not wrong. gl
