There is a small chance you could find it but a larger chance you could have it "knocked off." If you've got money and it's not an issue, I would go the route of finding a wedding dress maker and seeing if they can remake the dress your fiance wants.

if possible try get a pic of the gown and bring it down to some of the bridal boutiques. they might have something similar to it. also ask her for a few alternatives. it would be heart breaking if she cant get exactly what she wants...
