get off it, that is my advice....
....you will soon break out in constant hot flashes, it alters your blood pressure and causes you to sweat constantly, if you've noticed this stop. Also, when you stop taking hydroxycut you will return to your normal state before you too kit, meaning your gains will be lost. the only solution is to lift weight, perform cardio, and eat a balanced diet.

you can't get too reliant on the diet pills, I've got the zantrex-3 that I don't take religiously like it says, but I work out religiously, I've taken it for about a month and have shed 10 pounds, from what I've seen from those things, you cna't get too dependant on them bc once your off of them, you do gain the weight back quick bc your body is reliant on those ingredients. Esp. stuff that messes with your metabolism.

You do realize that it is full of caffeine and is robbing water from your muscle and organ tissue. A soon as you rehydrate you will put the weight back on....diet and exercise work the best.
